I wrote this letter to the judge overseeing Luke Wenke’s case in December 2023. Wenke had just been released from jail on an ankle monitor while awaiting sentencing for a VOSR (violation of supervised release) conviction. This letter gives a concise run-down of my involvement in Luke Wenke’s case and his continued harassment and stalking.

I redacted some names and details to protect privacy/safety but am willing to clarify details in private conversation (reach out to me through this website’s Facebook page if you have any questions). At this point, I’m not trying to hide my identity. If you know much about the situation and/or are from Salamanca or Olean, NY, there’s a good chance you can easily figure out who I am. But I’d like to keep my last name out of this to the extent that I possibly can.

Also, just to clarify – I have no problem with anyone (other than Wenke) who’s mentioned me in public posts throughout their own exploration of this three-ring shit show. I believe most people who post about this case do it with the same respectable intentions as myself, so if you see me mentioning your content in this letter to the judge, it’s for the sake of demonstrating how obsessed with me Wenke is, never to blame the messenger.
