In this pathetic bitch-fest on paper, Luke Wenke flat-out demands to be freed from jail with no supervision and for me to go to prison for allegedly stealing his car. This is just one of many letters that make it clear that Luke Wenke is not going to stop obsessing over, stalking, slandering, and harassing me. This has been going on for years and, contrary to what his defence attorney claimed during a court hearing, has only worsened with time. I blocked, ignored, did all the right things, and Wenke only became more determined to get “revenge” against me for ending our friendship.
 

In my opinion, only an inherently bad person does what Wenke does to people. I think it’s lunacy to harbour even a slight hope that forcing him into mental treatment would help on any meaningful level. It’s impossible to instill someone with empathy or a conscience if they lack those things in the first place. People are either born with those things, or they’re born without them.

I wouldn’t wish this anguish on anyone. This demonic, talentless, bottom-feeding sack of subhuman filth just won’t stop. He’s turned my existence into a living nightmare. I’m not worried about people believing Wenke’s lies, but to know I’m on someone’s mind this obsessively is utterly terrifying and suffocating. At this juncture, I truly don’t think I’ll ever escape him.

Luke Wenke can take my alleged traffic tickets and shove them.

I never drove Luke Wenke’s car to Pennsylvania, I covered his sky-high insurance, I gave his family ample opportunity to arrange for the car’s retrieval, and my driveway was not a storage facility. Wenke hadn’t paid his car note for two or more months prior to his arrest, and I never agreed to pay it. It wasn’t my fucking problem, especially after the insufferable shitbag betrayed the last remaining morsel of my trust by advertising me as a prostitute to fellow inmates and giving them my phone number after I specifically told him not to broadcast my personal info.

When I turned the car over to an impound lot, one of the FBI agents who worked Wenke’s case said, “Luke’s car is not your responsibility.” When the foot soldier called the police and Trooper Troullin showed up at my house, I gave him the same contact information I had given the foot soldier for the impound lot owner. And when the cops refused to arrest me (since I didn’t commit any crimes), Wenke switched to the narrative that I fucked my way out of trouble. That’s rich.

I placed the car into the care of a business owner who I highly trust. I trusted him to not only keep the car safe, but to follow the law with his handling of it. Getting rid of that car symbolised me finally washing my hands of Wenke for good, but as you can see, he won’t allow it. I’m trapped. I can’t make him stop without help, and for whatever reason, he gets away with almost everything he does.

Who gave Katie a key to my car in 2022 when this case started? Was it Ron the Investigator who probably ‘investigates’ on behalf of both the Buffalo Federal Public Defender’s Office and the U.S. District Attorney’s Office? I’m happy that he drove my wallet to my mother’s house at … in Little Valley. But was it him who gave a key to my car to Katie early 2022? While I was at Niagara County Jail she took my car down to Pennsylvania and racked up a bunch of traffic tickets and EZ Pass lane tickets in my name. Then she took my car over to Professional Recovery and somehow told my Wells Fargo creditor to go pick up my 2019 Ford Fusion hybrid. My mother absolutely spoke to law enforcement about this but Wells Fargo wouldn’t let my mother know about my information. So how was Katie able to do this? It’s not too late for me to put her in jail over grand theft auto charges, which I gladly will for all that she did this year to work against me. You all remember the recorded phone call at Orleans County Jail where she was heard speaking with an inmate knowing I was in that room. Can’t blame Orleans County Jail for losing that phone call forever.

What is [probation officer] going to do? Is he going to continue speaking against me in court as he did as recent as July 30^th? He’s been face to face with me in my own house on top of finding me at work for Skyy Homes Medical Transportation.
