Luke Wenke mailed this letter (Document #97) to the Buffalo, NY-based judge overseeing his federal criminal case in November 2023. At the time, he was on federal remand at the Cattaraugus County Jail after being arrested the previous month on suspicion of multiple supervised release violations.

Per usual, Wenke does not think he did anything to land himself back behind bars; rather, he thinks injustices were done to him. He blames the court, law enforcement, and his victims for his circumstances, which are purely the result of his refusal to leave people the fuck alone.

Luke Wenke seems to think people are jealous of his derelict house.

To be clear, it’s not in my custom to mock someone’s living conditions. But Wenke’s pathetic mess of a life is entirely self-created and he’s an arrogant brat who snubs his nose at others, including his own family.
 

In this letter, Wenke brags about being a homeowner who purchased his uninhabitable $10,000 house with earned money. You know, the type of house someone buys because they plan to pour considerable resources into flipping it or fixing it up — not move into it “as is” and neglect its upkeep while ignoring the entire colony of shitting birds in the attic.

Meanwhile, he picks on his father for being a renter and an apartment dweller. I’d rather sleep on a park bench in a torrential downpour than step foot inside Wenke’s rotting traphouse; not to mention, some people prefer to rent. I don’t want to pay land taxes, feel trapped, or maintain a house/property. Renting a home or apartment is absolutely nothing to be ashamed of, nor does it symbolise a lack of accomplishment. But I’d be embarrassed and worried for my health if I lived in Wenke’s deplorable, dilapidated, filthy, structurally unsound, biohazardous, bird shit and black mold-covered dwelling.

Never mind the fact that Luke’s father’s finances and living situation aren’t his son’s business. He can live however the fuck he wants. I don’t know the guy, but he’s been quite involved and supportive with Luke’s federal mess, and the fact that Wenke turns around and ungratefully shits all over him is sickening. If I went to my family asking for help with Luke’s attitude and sense of entitlement, they’d tell me to fuck off and starve. Rightfully so. But I could never treat my loved ones the way Luke Wenke treats his.

Additionally, Wenke criticises a family member because they supposedly received help paying for a car, and he picks on the person for running what he describes as a failed business. If that’s not the pot calling the kettle black, then I don’t know what is. His mother paid his bills throughout his incarceration, kept his commissary fat, and bought him a car to use when he was released. All he had to do was get a fucking job, stop bothering people, go to counseling, and act somewhat normal. And he still ended up back in jail.

“Being fully aware that everything I say is in my own handwriting, something that has been documented in this very court’s files since January 2022, is legally considered a statement in court (making verifiably false statements in any courtroom gets any defendant a Class A misdemeanoar), and being fully mindful that probation employees advised me against sending my letters directly to the court for this very reason (committing a crime to stop a crime is a noted sensation in all countries’ courtrooms, i.e. a burglar being rewarded for discovering Anne Frank’s family upstairs in a German household), I will start this letter off by summing up it’s overall content by saying that this very court case is not unique to the era of American history it is taking place in due to the nature of the interpersonal dynamics involved with all individuals in all levels of interaction of the entire situation, but that being said it is perhaps one of the most unconstitutional sensations taking place in the modern era and explanations surrounding this very concept will be described as well. Thirdly noted, it is possible that this very letter could possibly be destroyed similar to that of all the documentation surrounding the Capital Riot defendants’ legal paperwork was handled by this decade’s Congress itself. No matter what, word of this court case’s long term atrocities will reach the greater American psyche in due time no matter what. ‘God is watching’ is an ever present reality over every individual human being who passes through Donald Trump Judge John Sinatra’s federal courtroom where only the chained and cuffed are asked to raise their hand and say ‘So help me God.’

To soothe the self-esteem and confidence of all people presently in this courtroom and to make very clear to all other eventual readers of this documentation, this particular court case is simply an elevated and inflated example of what has gone on among a good portion of Americans since the Covid virus struck the Earth in 2020 as had been prophecized by Missouri psychic medium Sylvia Browne before her death in 2013. Upsetting holiday seasons finished off everyone’s 2020 calendar year which was then described as a horrible year. The Capitol Riot then started off everyone’s psyche for 2021 with mixed feelings, emotions of ecstasy surrounding the idea of a second 1776 moment coming to emotions of despair from every constituent on behalf of their elected representative on a personal basis. I remember laughing and cheering with joy as I watched average Americans go French on a building chanting ‘USA, USA’, and then I felt upset on behalf of a very visibly shaken then-Congressman Tom Reed, who would later on a year later resign due to sexual misconduct. As 2021 carried on, differences among individuals started to show themselves. Arguments between people got more intense. Covid Omicron struck right after Thanksgiving and this became people’s ‘final straw’ moment. British psychic Roxanne Furnival predicted in 2021 for the following year 2022 ‘a world war’ and ‘a female prime minister’. That it became. Years of rift unraveled between our WWII ally Russia and it’s southern neighbor our food production source the Ukraine, and years of rift unraveled at it’s finest among the American people who for far too long treated episodes of the Jerry Springer show the overall ‘how’ of how the American family operates. “…those of which came from ‘upper echelon’ living standard families not typically used to dealing with relatives going through criminal court. ‘Rise in crime’ became national news subjects and the Tops Supermarket Shooter was the peak of it all. Liz Cheney lost her re-election, much to the satisfaction of even jail corrections officers. 2023 followed and differences between people were attempting to settle themselves but still resulting in numerous court appearances for orders of protection violations, as I encountered many of these at Chautauqua County Jail.

To paraphrase my purpose in describing my summing up of the collective reality for so many Americans in recent years using the words of my own view over the matter, we get to a point I mentioned in the first paragraph of this letter. This particular court case is an example of what has gone on among people but at an inflated and elevated level. ‘Rise in loneliness during the pandemic’ said the news tabloids as I pathetically weeped for an incarcerated human male out in the state of Minnesota while texting his father in North Carolina. My crossing-state-lines domestic issue which made it to the awareness of this federal court is in tandem with all the other lower level court disputes between people living on other ends of a trailer park. Two grown adult men attaining felonies and orders of protection between way more unsuspecting individuals in the vicinity of their situation is an elevated and inflated example of an average small town romantic couple having an order of protection placed between them. This particular federal court case’s interpersonal human atrocities has been a leading example of the domestic human atrocities taking place between far too many people during the Covid years. Due to the relative nature to the era of this very court’s movements aimed at the matter at stake, it is to the fault of no salaried employee of the court or law enforcement involved with this situation why the emotions between people have been negatively elongated. All people professionally designated to manage this situation did their job in tandem with all others of recent years performing similar professional duties at lower levels, court and law enforcement.

“…produced in the end was a war between individuals with no common cause other than everyone learning ‘lessons’ in the end. Government is of, by, and for the people no matter the circumstances. From local city government employees to members of Congress, all of those human beings have other human beings from all walks of life in their lives. The long term effect of everyone emotionally blurting out ‘let’s have a civil war’ when Covid first started has been a huge hurricane tailwind effect of the insurrection defendants and all levels of government employees leading the suffering of confrontation between individuals, moving to the eventual person versus person confrontations involved in everyone’s life. I am visualizing a binary star system orbiting itself with one of the stars having a wider orbit path around the larger star which only moves around on it’s own at a smaller level as the smaller star whips around. This is what happened when Covid first hit, and this particular court case has been one of several larger stars throwing a bunch of smaller stars out of proportion. Plenty of intense ‘lessons learned’ have occurred on my part these past two years. Disregarding the very unConstitutional nature of this very case I am about to call out in the next paragraph, the time sucked out of my life due to this situation hasn’t entirely been served out totally in vain.

Now it is time to call out the unAmerican unConstitutional traits of this very case as it passed through the desks of everyone deeply hypnotized in a ‘just doing my job’ state of mind, ranging everywhere in between overwhelmed lawyers comfortably working toward a 401K as they manage the ‘criminal court conveyor belt’, blindly treating every defendant like a peg on a game of Sentencing Guidelines Battleship, to stenographers being forced to hand-copy and paste every word spoken and written in the court case including the ‘I’m the dom you’re the bitch’ vocabulary used early on in this case’s original formation, to a judge who worked so hard to attain his professional position that he forgot to have a significant other placed on his Wikipedia page as he’s already passed age 50, to the imprisoned former Cattaraugus County Libertarian Chairman as he sat in P2-40 at Niagara County Jail in awe over the fact that the FBI had accidentally legitimized his personal opinion that Upstate NY should be designated as it’s own state called Iroquois by validating the obscure opinion in FBI Discovery paperwork, to a probation officer…”

“…completely oblivious to the fact that numerous inmates remain at Allenwood federal prison in White Deere, PA complaining how we are the only country on Earth with probation, to the FBI agents I’ve known since July 2020 when I asked them about extraterrestrials on my front porch and who forgot to request extra ketchup on the food they bought for me in the McDonalds drive-thru on the way to Niagara County Jail. Everyone and their abhorrently ‘just doing my job’ mental psychotic trance accidentally produced the most unAmerican and unConstitutional court case not seen since Rochester, NY’s Emma Goldman World War One-era conviction which eventually became one of many to be completely overturned by even the US Supreme Court.

Let’s start with Freedom of Speech. How did this case progress from physical mail to Victim-1’s personal residence being his first ever sight of what would later on become ‘this is what Luke Wenke’s handwriting looks like’ as January 2022’s situation would lead to Oct. 2023’s accusations? As time has shown, there is no way to prove who is behind an electronic device. It took a Back To The Future Part Two-style ‘Western Union letter from 70 years ago’-style delivery of an order of protection from North Carolina delivery to my front door in Olean, NY to see if it was me personally behind a now-deleted Twitter (X) account. As this case has shown, all kinds of people have passed through my house with and/or without my permission, and last I knew the Cattaraugus County Police weren’t required to wear body cameras at all times. Can you imagine if a house guest had picked up my phone, Tweeted impersonal obscenities at anyone they deemed to be a Retarded Piece of Garbage, and then forged my signature on a United Nations Family court-issued order of protection from Timbuktu? God Is watching at all moments of time, and God knows I was taken away from my home as I had just begun employment at Skyy Homes Medical Transportation that very week. “…Chautauqua County Jail without internet to Google search necessary legal information, on June 27^th, 2023 a case from Colorado in 2014 similar to my own had been overturned in front of the US Supreme Court. It is a violation of Equal Protection Under The Law to not overturn a plea deal case simply because it didn’t go to trial for plenty of reasons I will continue to lay out as this ‘History shall repeat itself’-declared letter to John Sinatra’s God-fearing courtroom continues below.

In my experience, and again making a false statement in court gets any defendant a Class A misdemeanoar, Buffalo NY Uber and Lyft customers are very fond of attempting to tip their drivers in cocaine, something the state of Oregon decriminalized in 2022. I look back at the NY Libertarian Party’s working with fond memories as I recall former state party chairman Mark Glogowski spending a good portion of his life advocating for cocaine’s total legalization, and I do recall the Sinatra apartment landlord saying to me on Aug. 10^th as he gave my father a tour of his now-apartment that he liked everything libertarians had to say. I recall only having been in Niagara County Jail from January 2022 to April 2022 until a plea deal agreement had reached my awareness via-paperwork. It had only been a few months off the road of driving for rideshare apps that this April 2022 plea deal had happened. It took up until Jun-Aug. 2023 at Chautauqua County Jail to finally analyze my mental health’s state of being via a mental health analyst of John Sinatra’s personal liking, so there was no ‘borderline personality traits’ diagnosis in between Jan. 2022-Apr. 2022. I am very happy to remember the Buffalo NY Sinatra landlord’s personal gratitude towards libertarian activism, but on a deeply empathetic human note I want him to remember that although Oregon decriminalized cocaine in 2022, we still lack the science to prove how long the substance itself remains in the human body and it’s overall effect on the human brain. On a solitary and sincere note however, my God those months ranging in between Jan. 2022 and Apr. 2022 were the most somber, confusing, and mentally dazed moments of this entire chapter of my life as I was abruptly taken from my usual life’s affairs during Covid Omicron. Fast forward to the present era of November 2023, thank God I am in quite a sober state of mind as I write this very long letter recollecting every moment I possibly can from these past two years as I also sit and recall the many people who have died from fentanyl overdoses. Chief Justice Roberts did validate Obamacare’s Constitutionality much to Donald Trump’s disgust but as I recall, the Affordable Care Act does allow for the ability to choose your own doctors. I feel sorry for all the people who refuse to support Trump 2024 for whatever reason as their personal safety appears to be at stake these days. I am very happy that we have three Trump-era appointees outnumbering Chief Justice Roberts personally on the US Supreme Court and I would love to hear their modern interpretation of the Third Amendment regarding government mandating citizens to house ‘soldiers’ against their will.

Constitutional crises are a human rights violation, and I have faith that this federal court’s people are dedicated to the Constitution and human rights. Had Adolf Hitler given felonies to the Jews and laughed as they cried for each other after he said ‘Now you legally can’t talk’, the US Supreme Court would have swept away all convictions concerning Jews forced apart into separate concentration camps on grounds of Freedom To Assemble. I met Benjamin Ryan [last name] through Vermin Supreme, and FEC documented presidential candidate who has appeared on Jesse Waters’ Fox show as well as my own living room before the 2019 Olean Libertarian presidential debate on the Olean High School stage.
