In this letter, Luke Wenke…

• States that he thinks the Abughanems, who were convicted in late 2024 on charges stemming from the kidnapping and attempted forced marriage of a female relative, are innocent. Wenke was detained at the Orleans County Jail with one of the defendants, 32-year-old Waleed Abughanem, and has frequently mentioned the fellow inmate in his letters to the court.

  During two of the defendants’ trial (Waleed took a plea deal), the victim testified that her father, 52-year-old Khaled Abughanem, threatened to kill her and bury her in their backyard if she didn’t travel to Yemen to enter an arranged marriage. Left with no other choice, she withdrew from her studies at the University of Buffalo and was essentially cut off from contact with the outside world.

  The victim tesified that when she said she’d rather die than enter a forced marriage, Khaled beat her until she thought she was going to die. She was reportedly held captive for 16 months in Yemen, where unmarried women are not allowed to travel alone without family members’ permission, before she finally slipped away long enough to call the FBI with a phone that had been smuggled to her by a nonprofit dedicated to saving women and girls from forced marriages.

  The case garnered widespread attention throughout Western New York, and the victim was praised for her bravery, which the U.S. Justice Department credited for her survival. The fact that Luke Wenke thinks the Abughanems are innocent is beyond abhorrent, especially since they’ve all been convicted. But he seems to enjoy hanging out with fellow inmates who are accused of harming women and children, and he acts disturbingly tolerant of their alleged crimes.

• Falsely accuses two men, whom I’ve never met in person, of creating this website. I apologise to those two individuals, as I never meant to bring any unneeded BS into your lives.

• Basically tells the court to go fuck themselves over some apparently lost psychiatric paperwork from one of the several competency evaluations he underwent. Per usual, he mocks and insults the evaluation process and implies an unwillingness to comply with any future assessments.

• Acts extremely disrespectful to the judge and others involved in his case (because why wouldn’t he when he gets away with it?).

• Throws a bitch hissy fit about this website, even though his life, since childhood, has revolved around launching smear campaigns and broadcasting “dirt” (including completely made-up lies) about people who never wronged him with the apparent intention of ruining their lives (which isn’t my goal here, as Luke Wenke does a fine job of ruining his own life). Luke Wenke is the epitome of what it means when a person “can dish it but can’t take it.”

 

Luke Wenke did this to himself. No one else did this to him.

 

I have nothing nice to say about Luke Wenke, but the vast majority of the arguably unflattering content on my website comes from Wenke himself, in the form of his dozens of letters to the federal court overseeing his cyberstalking/probation violation case. Even if I erased all my own commentary and only displayed court documents from the public record, my website would still maintain its purpose and convey its intended points, and Luke Wenke has no one to blame for that but himself.

 

When Luke Wenke found out that his letters were being publicly shared on this website, he sent another written tantrum to the court acting like he didn’t know his letters would be available on Pacer. He knows damn well how Pacer works and the types of records that are available on it because he became familiar with the service after becoming romantically obsessed with Ryan back in 2020.

 

I distinctly remember this from our conversations over a roughly 18-month period between June of that year and his arrest for cyberstalking in January 2022. If I dig hard enough, I may even be able to find old text messages demonstrating the extent of Wenke’s Pacer knowledge, and I’m pretty sure he acknowledged in a previous letter to the court that he knows his letters are on public record (if and when I come across it, I’ll provide a link to it in this article).

 

Luke Wenke – the king of trying to sabotage and embarrass people by smearing “dirt” online – whines about feeling humiliated.

Given the aforementioned factors, I 100 percent believe that Luke Wenke was playing dumb by acting like he thought his letters to the court were private. He was definitely surprised, because he’s used to running people over (especially me) without consequence. And he might feel humiliated, like he notes in the following letter, because he never expects people to dare stand up to him (especially me). But all that this means, in my opinion, is that he thought his victims were too stupid to access the letters or too timid to share them out of a fear of backlash from him.

 

Not to mention, a source told me that several parties involved in Luke Wenke’s case have told him, over and over, to stop writing letters to the court — if, for nothing else, to prevent him from damaging his own case (I can’t guarantee that this is true, but I do trust the source). But, like usual, he completely ignored the advice and warnings because Luke Wenke thinks he knows best.

 

Luke Wenke doesn’t care how his arguably much worse actions affect me. Why should I care about his feelings?

For a long time, I was afraid to even log into Facebook or X/Twitter because I was so traumatised by Wenke’s harassment, slander, and stalking. I feared that he would somehow see that I was online and that it would trigger a barrage of potentially damaging public posts filled with lies and false allegations (which he ended up doing anyway).

 

In an entirely unprovoked fashion, Luke Wenke has done the following (and more) toward me, in a very public fashion, over a more than decade-long period going back to the Topix days:

• Slut-shamed me with false allegations about my sex life

• Called me degrading and derogatory names, like “fucking bitch,” “slut,” and “double-crossing hoe”

• Made thinly-veiled threats to SWAT my elderly parents’ house

• Had a child molester call me incessantly from the Orleans County Jail on his behalf despite being banned from contacting me, including through third parties, by the judge overseeing his case

• Threatened to dox me (several times), including by having the Foot Soldier harass me over text

• Made embarrassing false allegations about my family members’ alleged lifestyles, despite never having met them and knowing little to nothing about them

• Falsely accused me of having affairs with married men, including police officers who didn’t drop everything and arrest me at his command, based purely on his word

• Falsely accused me of illegal drug use (including drugs that I’ve never tried, to this day)

• Advertised me as a prostitute to a fellow inmate (and gave him my full name and phone number) after I warned him not to give out my contact information under any circumstances whatsoever

• Wrote about my private parts (which he has never seen or had any sort of contact with), falsely claimed that I’m sleeping with (and pregnant by) various federal employees/court personnel/lawyers/jail guards, and mocked my appearance in cruel ways

• Falsely accused me of car theft, burglary, financial crimes, forgery, fabricating evidence, and worse in an attempt to both embarrass me AND get me falsely arrested

• Tried to affect my friendships, relationships, and employment by falsely accusing me of disgusting, diabolical, and morally depraved acts

• Tried to cause major problems between me and others by falsely accusing me of wronging them, being jealous of them, screwing their man, etc.

• Falsely accused me of being a “gold digger” who bled several “innocent” men dry of all their money (including a freshly-divorced man who was already broke when I met him, and whom I lost a lawsuit against, and whose representation in the case was completely free of charge)

 

More than once, I plunged into the deepest, most hopeless depression of my life due to Luke Wenke’s relentless slander and trash talk. I suffer from lasting mental trauma to this day, especially because I know it’s going to start up again when he gets out of jail (which would be the case regardless of whether this website ever existed or not).

 

He refused to stop, including when I pleaded desperately with him to stop and after I began ignoring him completely (for three years and counting). And he kept doing it even when he saw my mental health reach a crisis point, including when I didn’t know he was the Topix poster and was confiding in him about how the posts were psychologically destroying me.

 

I fucking moved twice because I was living in constant fear while Wenke was [allegedly] encouraging people to harm me on Topix and telling them where I lived, all the while pretending to be my friend and seeing, firsthand, how his actions were affecting me.

 

…but Luke Wenke is “humiliated” by his own words appearing on the internet. Boo-fucking-hoo.

How are they getting these letters? Who in this court is giving them out or are these letters truly on PACER? So when I inform the court about [enemy inmate] and now it’s on a website, I’m still being called a public safety threat by a bunch of pseudo science shit psychiatrists when I now have to fear for my safety from [enemy inmate]’s Baltimore MD Black Panthers?
