In August 2023, convicted cyberstalker Luke Wenke (USA v. Luke Wenke, 1:22-cr-00035) was found guilty of violating probation by sending a scathing, rage-fuelled email to his victim’s associate. After spending nearly two months at the Chautauqua County Jail, he was released with heightened supervision requirements. While it would only be a matter of time before Wenke violated again, the court seemed hopeful that he would abide by the newly imposed terms.
Beneath the first document is another order further modifying Wenke’s supervision requirements and restrictions. In addition to being ordered to undergo mental health treatment and anger management, Wenke was banned via court order from contacting several of his stalking victims, including myself.
