In this letter, sent from the Northeast Ohio Correctional Center in Youngstown, Ohio and added to the court file in November 2024, Luke Wenke accuses fellow inmates of getting him high on secondhand K2 smoke. He blames this alleged high for his impending refusal to cooperate with an upcoming psychiatric evaluation and implies that he plans to “go mute” during the evaluation.
Wenke? Go mute?! Sounds nice. Sounds too good to be true, actually. Oh, and he accuses the hacktivist group Anonymous of hacking into his phone in late 2023 and posting content which contributed to the court’s decision to revoke his ankle monitor and put him back in jail. I don’t think Anonymous cares who Luke Wenke is, but if they ever did care, I think it would be for the sake of exposing his true colours and helping his victims rather than posting a bunch of dumb lies and intimidating statements on his social media pages using suspiciously identical vocabulary to Luke Wenke. You see, that’s the type of shit Wenke does — not any typical self-respecting, civilised adult.
And while Wenke implies that he’s too out-of-it to function, he remembers to throw a dig in at me toward the very end. Like many times before, he falsely accuses me of stealing his car. It gets tiring to defend myself against this BS broken-record narrative, so if you want to know about that situation, I recommend reading this letter to the judge that I wrote in December 2023.
This letter marks a noticeable (and, perhaps, concerning) diversion from Wenke’s previous insistence that he’s competent. I have an opinion about why he’s suddenly acting this way, but I’m not going to share it ‘out loud.’ You can draw your own conclusion. One thing I will say is that I find it interesting how he suddenly claims not to remember why he’s in jail. I also find the timing of this statement (ahead of a scheduled evaluation to determine what type of facility is appropriate for Wenke) very interesting.
If you’re feeling ambitious enough to explore the meaning of federal Rule 32 (mentioned in the letter), this link may be helpful.

“[There is a lot of K2/douce at this facility. I am in the A1 A3 section of the building. If you watch this room on the cameras, people are constantly lighting paper on fire in the microwaves.] Secondhand smoke is everywhere to say the least and it’s making me forget what I even did to get into jail in the first place. I remember hearing about some deadline in court for after Thanksgiving and I remember hearing about Dr. Leidenfrost and Dr. Rutter in court last time. But there’s so much secondhand K2 smoke here and there’s so much time between now and when we’ll see each other again that I’ll probably just entirely forget about what I even did to get like this January 2022 to begin with. It’s not ‘contempt of court’ to be brain poisoned via jail K2 into a state of amnesia so deep I only know how to say 2 English sentences to any further psychiatrists that may come my way; ‘I forgot what I did to get here’ and ‘I Plead The Fifth.’ Have I sent any other letters to the court since coming to Ohio? This K2 secondhand smoke visible on the A1 A3 cameras in the microwaves is making me forget if I’ve used anything except this blue pen since coming here. Hopefully I’m sober soon and remember. I do remember hearing ‘let’s just waive all further steps’ in court July 30th as an invite from the judge to both defense and prosecution to make the move first. I’m glad I remember a fully functional mouth buried deep in the bowels of Frank Passafiume’s brand new beard so he can say things in court like ‘let’s waive the rest of this shit’ and ‘K2 secondhand smoke killing off brain memory cells that make a defendant forget entirely what they did to get into jail is not contempt of court if they suddenly go mute and drool during their entire visit with Dr. Leidenfrost and Dr. Rutter.’ I do remember…”

UPPER BLURB: “I remember Donald Trump appointing Elon Musk to be ‘is government being efficient’ person. I think he should analyze me next. I remember hearing that Donald Trump wants to shut down camps like the one in Bradford PA, he wants to abolish conspiracy charges and mandatory minimums. I remember hearing on the radio in Chicago about people who did 20 years for murder they’re suddenly innocent to. Secondhand K2 smoke is rampant here and makes me forget details of my case.”
“…that the Bureau of Prisons doesn’t put defendants into federal medical centers unsentenced and/or more than 500 miles from home at that. I remember the Chicago Metropolitan Correction Center wasn’t even a ‘treatment’ facility at all. I remember Officers Nelson and Watkins telling me thanks to the fact that this ancient probation violation is a guilty plea, I don’t qualify for things like an ‘innocent by reason of insanity’ analysis. I remember today sending the Pro Se Litigation Unit something about how our case manager here in Ohio is refusing to give me criminal summons paperwork so Michael who I remember is the prosecutor can be sued for not abiding by or likely even remembering something I learned in Chicago called ‘Rule 32’ regarding a sentencing without an inordinate delay and so I can sue Dr. Leidenfrost and Dr. Rutter for medical malpractice for attempting to diagnose all Western New York defendants here in A1 and A3 facing murder charges without even seeing them in person. I remember watching tv at Orleans County Jail January 2024 and seeing a Rochester judge get his ass kicked right in the courtroom. I remember Anonymous hackers hacking into my phone Dec. 2023 Tweeting a bunch of obscenities at the Libertarian party before getting remanded before Christmas for no reason. I remember hearing stories about this Richard I. Fine US Supreme Court lawyer investigating district judges, getting put in jail by them for 18 months, and then getting them all removed from their positions once he got out of jail and began US Supreme Court law. I remember [victim] driving a stolen 2019 Ford Fusion hybrid in Pennsylvania racking up toll booth tickets while I was at Niagara County Jail. But all this secondhand K2 smoke in Ohio is making me forget what to say to psychiatrists about how I got here.”
