Luke Wenke sent this letter to the Buffalo federal court while detained at MCC Chicago in October 2024. In it, he discusses a bizarre fantasy (in his mind, an actual plan) to sue the Libertarian Party for money that he apparently plans to use to appoint one of his victims, “M.”, as a party official. Wenke wonders why “M.” would say “no” to such an offer.
I’ll tell you exactly why the victim would say “no” to that offer. Because he wants absolutely nothing to do with Luke Wenke and nothing will ever change that. I don’t normally like talking for others, but I’m comfortable saying this much.
On Page 1, Wenke states that the Libertarian Party “won’t have the $3500 I would sue them over to pay me back.” Never mind the fact that he would probably need to borrow the $20 filing fee from his mommy.
Additionally, Luke Wenke accuses his probation officer of plotting against him and conspiring with the police. He complains about the psychiatric experts who performed his court-ordered evaluations, including one who apparently labelled him a “public safety threat”.
Wenke acts incredulous over not having received an absentee voting ballot so he can vote from jail, which I believe is only allowed in three states/territories (NOT including New York or Illinois). He also implies that a previous letter he sent to the federal Pro Se Unit was forged.

“As I send this letter out to the court on October 3rd, my phone is still shut off. Officer Valle told me he thought today would be the day it would be due to turn back on and he was surprised to hear I didn’t get an official piece of paper informing me as is normal procedure. I will try again tomorrow. I can’t even call the Buffalo Federal Public Defender’s Office from here. Is it legal to shut off someone’s phone like this back in New York state?
I will start by announcing my intentions in terms of [Victim M.] I thought about one day during rooftop rec. here. I know that Frank knows who [Victim M.] is. The Libertarian party as an organization is so flimsy you could pursue a lawsuit against it for any reason and get somewhere easily. I have been to their national headquarters before. I believe it’s in Alexandria, VA. Their 2020 convention was impossible to plan on going to since former national chairman Nick Sarwark kept having the convention moved to different states due to Covid. I paid $2000 for a ticket which was subsequently impossible to use to attend, on top of the $1500 it costs to get a Lifetime Libertarian Membership I spent. Watch them lose ballot access in even more states this year. Nobody is counting on them. Even the NY state Libertarian Chairman Andrew Kolstee of Jamestown wants them to become a PAC. So I could sue the Libertarian Party for false advertising reasons. ‘Largest growing third party’ my ass. ‘Maximum freedom minimal government’ my ass. Look where affiliation with the ‘What is Aleppo?’ circle jerk get me in life. They won’t have the $3500 I would sue them over to pay me back. Last I knew, Todd Hagopian of Oklahoma was Treasurer. Get him audited. So I’ll let up on a lawsuit against them if they sign over $3500 of their budget to a [Victim M.] for Libertarian National Vice-Chair effort. Why would [Victim M.] say no to that offer from me? I slept in the back of a 2019 Chevy Equinox behind [illegible] Truck Stops on the way out to Vegas early 2021 to street entertain (you have all seen that picture of me, I know you have), $3500 would be quite a jumpstart to make [Victim M.] the vice-chair level national advocate for black men wearing women’s bras out in public as he does according to my last phone call with my mother before being shut off. Thanks to me, [Victim M.] would then have a reason to sue the Libertarian Party if they didn’t provide him with receipt-ready $3500 of help to become National Vice-Chair. If a candidate like that loses then they typically go for an At-Large position next. Vice-Chair because Ivan Hunter (Joe Friedberg of Minneapolis client) would then have it out for me for supporting anybody but him for national chairman. Ivan Hunter (former Sherburne County Jail inmate) already has it out for one person already, as his Boerne, Texas family is more than happy to tell anybody over a burner number. Ivan used to work for Nick Sarwark. Do go tell [Victim M.] what I would do for him since you all relay my phone call content from here to him anyways.
I am registered to vote Conservative in NY state. I was at the Cattaraugus County Board of Elections August 2023 to change the party enrollment over on top of FOIA for my grandmother Carolyn Giardini’s Justice of the Peace election results I showed this very court. Am I going to be able to vote this year?

“I only recently learned about an alleged Rule 32 which concerns over ‘sentencing without inordinate delay’, and this court now knows I am 3 months past that legitimate 9 month maximum mark on the sentencing guidelines. Not a word back over a hypothetical early voting absentee ballot. This new communist woman in charge of Mexico really has us needing Donald Trump back. Mexico has a woman president now because every Mexican guy on the face of the Earth is here at Chicago Metropolitan Correction Center complaining that they didn’t get to vote in Mexico’s election. Does Kamala Harris have a deal in place for Magistrate Kenneth Schroeder to make him a U.S. Appeals Judge right away in the event of her victory and get his incarcerated relatives pardoned out of their drugs and sex trafficking charges if he holds people who openly intend on voting for Donald Trump in holding past Election Day under circumstances such as postponed bail hearings with inordinate delays? North Carolina allows convicted felons to vote since 2022. What’s Bill Clinton Judge Michael J. Davis doing out there in Minnesota with all his defendants who have Republican fathers who wanted Ron DeSantis to be the nominee as early as 2021? Can you imagine if we partnered with the Republican Party to sue federal judges who held defendants with obvious connections to the Republican Party unsentenced with inordinate delays past Election Day? I was one of state senator George Borrello’s top donors in 2021 before Buffalo FBI agents Andrew and Krystie cooperated with Olean Police in a 1/27/22 phone call with me to lie to me to do this to me. John Sinatra was approved in 2019 by Nancy Pelosi/AOC’s Congress, not Paul Ryan’s. Incompetent nursing home residents addicted to meds can get early voting absentee ballots in NY state. Then hashtag me too. I think Michael J. Davis should stop wearing women’s clothing with [Victim M.] as they advocate for Minnesota’s homegrown VP candidate and people like Michael J. Davis should help issue out those early voting absentee ballots.
Look what happened with the Georgia school shooter while I’ve been here in Chicago. A year ago, law enforcement interviewed the teenager after obvious threats concerning shootings were made online. The law enforcement agents determined that there were no serious causes to be concerned over. Look what happened. Quite an opposite result came from my own December 2023 public safety assessment. Probation cooperates to lie about me to [city] Police Sept. 2023, and then probation continued by handpicking those Dec. 2023 public safety assessment analysts I met with who put god knows what down on paper. July 30th, [probation officer] continued the nonsense in court over ‘probation’s concerns’. The first lawsuit to pursue in terms of this case would definitely be to pair up the law enforcement agents who met with the Georgia school shooter a year before, those two Dec. 2023 analysts I met with, and [probation officer] alongside his supervisor before a court discussion concerning improving the standards for ‘public safety assessments’. It would be a lawsuit against injustice clearly taking place against the interests of the general public. I have diversity of jurisdiction at the moment. I have three Cattaraugus County-based issues in my vicinity taking place to get the U.S. Marshals to serve papers over. Hopefully nobody at the Robert H. Jackson United States Courthouse knows my handwriting well enough to forge my signature claiming I filed frivolous Pro Se lawsuit paperwork because I will find out. – Luke Wenke”
