In this letter (Document 155), filed in court on September 30, 2024, Luke Wenke makes his latest of several requests for an early absentee voting ballot. He’s apparently unaware that only Maine, Vermont, and the District of Columbia allow incarcerated individuals to vote, and if his letter is to be believed (I highly recommend thinking critically here), then it means that none of the guards or inmates at the Metropolitan Correctional Center (MCC) in Chicago informed him of this teeny-tiny detail.
I have the sneaking suspicion that selective hearing played a role in Wenke being seemingly unaware that inmates can’t vote in Illinois, but I’m not a fly on the wall, so I could be wrong. It makes me wonder if he realises that felons can’t vote, period, in many states (although most can vote in New York). For someone who seems to think that he knows everything about everything (and everyone), he sure seems like he has no clue what the hell he’s talking about most of the time.

“Unless some other life threatening survivalist issue arises, I anticipate this to be my only letter to the court from this Chicago skyscraper jail everyone successfully shuffled me over to recently.
I want my early voting absentee ballot, please and thank you. Officers here aren’t sure how to respond to my request since I am in Illinois. Incompetent nursing home residents addicted to meds can get those in New York state so I don’t see why I shouldn’t. Republicans allowed women the right to vote, Democratic superdelegates diss Bernie Sanders and the Democratic party in 2024 completely disregarded the will of the primary values. I am registered to vote as Conservative as recent as 2023 when I went to the Cattaraugus County Board of Elections to FOIA for my grandmother Giardini’s Justice of the Peace status I gave this very court August 2023. We need to maintain ballot access for the NY Conservative Party since they produced a U.S. Appeals Court Judge who died last year, as opposed to ever voting for the Libertarian party again since all they gave us was Benjamin’s friend Spike Cohen who thinks he retired at 30.
I absolutely do send things to the court pertaining to my case, such as my current desire for an early voting absentee ballot since we have no idea when July 30th’s statement in court concerning the court’s apparent ability to waive all further legal roadblocks standing in our way to help us realize Frank Passafiume’s January 2024 promise to me will happen. Reminder; we passed that 9 month mark the first week in July when [fellow inmate] spit into my room at Orleans County Jail.
Those public safety assessment people I saw back in December 2023. What did they put on paper about me? What would they have said differently about this recent Georgia school shooter who the police, a year ago, said appeared to pose no kind of legitimate threat even after saying a desire to follow through on such a school shooting a year before doing so?”

“I should mention [illegible] as well as all Fed Jet employees in between lost my glasses somewhere CCA and before Grady County, OK. I would not drive a car like this. I don’t wish this life on Magistrate Schroeder’s incarcerated relatives.
…met with December 2023 should probably have a lawsuit against them to improve their naive work since whatever they put down on paper probably tainted the very moldable mind of [probation officer]’s supervisor. It was an Endeavor specialist and a public safety official who said he supported Trump 2016. What were their names again? I have the paperwork here at this Chicago skyscraper jail I’m at to file in a Pro Se court over the issue and the U.S. Marshals paperwork so they can be served in a lawsuit. Yay diversity of jurisdiction.
I’m more concerned about my early voting absentee ballot at the moment and I’m sure if Judges Arcara and Vilardo and even Magistrate Kenneth Schroeder have any relatives out there still incarcerated for drugs and sex trafficking, they would like their early voting absentee ballots too. Alexander Anzalone and David Rudroff’s very competent minds recall Magistrate Kenneth Schroeder talking about shrooms and guns for whatever reason right in the courtroom. Hopefully his relatives can get their early voting absentee ballots this year.
What is the Erie County property tax payment deadline? I’m aware some counties in NY state have 5 year due date deadlines. Former Cattaraugus County Libertarian Vice-Chair … of … St. in Olean (raided by SWAT team on several occasions) told me back in April 2023 that Olean Mayor Bill Aiello deletes city payroll paperwork concerning his grandkids’ employment at the Olean rec. center. What else is he erasing from existence? Glad I currently have paperwork from one of Judge Kendall’s Chicago defendants so we can launch a Western New York U.S. District Court showdown against Bill Aiello’s city government friend Kevin’s embezzlement issues as well as raising Cattaraugus County’s property tax deadlines to 5 years like other NY counties over Equal Protection Under The Law concerns. Hopefully they accept paperwork in WNY with ‘Central District of Illinois’ scribbled out. Who is this Judge Kendall woman anyhow? Why is her defendant Robert K. getting resentenced? Robert K. called her (and others) a ‘hanging judge’ on Chicago billboards. Maybe Judge Kendall can help get early voting absentee ballots from NY state into this building.”
